Bishop Larry Ward lives in Boston and is the Senior Pastor of Abundant Life Church in Cambridge, Massachusetts, a position he has held since June 1994. He also serves as the Bishop and Presiding Elder of the New England District of the United Pentecostal Council of the Assemblies of God, Inc. As a minister, teacher, and trainer, he is involved with various organizations, including Cambridge Black Pastors Alliance and the Black Ministerial Alliance of Greater Boston, and currently serves on the board of Vision New England. He is certified as a trainer for the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) and also co-founded a consulting business, Wards of Wisdom, with his wife of 33 years, Rev. Dr. Virginia Ward offering training and consulting for churches and leaders seeking change. 

Betsy Cowan lives in Boston and serves as the Chief of Economic Development for the Metropolitan Area Planning Council, providing consulting services to municipalities in Greater Boston.  Prior to that role, she led the Small Business Technical Assistance program for the City of Boston, after serving as the Executive Director of Egleston Square Main Street, an organization in Jamaica Plain/Roxbury whose mission is to support small businesses.  Outside of work, she provides coaching and support to entrepreneurs in Greater Boston, serves on the board of the Emmanuel Gospel Center and is actively involved in Abundant Life Church.

After over a decade in financial services, John co-founded Dorchester’s first coworking space, the Fields Corner Business Lab, and launched SCALE Consulting in 2014. SCALE Consulting provides strategic planning, marketing direction, and consulting services for Small Businesses. John is also a director at consulting firm in South Asia where he led their entrepreneurial training program in 2013. John also serves on the board or as an advisor for a handful of companies and co-produces documentary shorts.

 Armen is the Owner of AMVCreative, a Boston-based production company specializing in Video, Web and Graphic Design. He started the company with the entrepreneurial desire to build valuable client relationships under strong moral guidance. A passionate artist, writer, director, athlete and musician, Armen is always embraces the renewal of the mind through wonderful relationships and experiences! Armen is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Christian Apologetics which he hopes will allow him to help guide others as they navigate through Christianity’s toughest questions.
